1. Services
- Happy Billiard SF provides a wide range of entertainment and gaming services at our venue, including billiard pool tables, table tennis, arcade games, basketball machines, claw machines, KTV private rooms, and Mahjong rooms.
- All services are subject to availability and confirmation.
2. Bookings
- Bookings can be made via our website, phone, or email.
- A booking is only confirmed once you receive confirmation from our team.
- We reserve the right to reject or reschedule bookings if necessary.
3. Pricing & Payments
- All prices are subject to change without notice. Final pricing may vary depending on the activity, duration, and number of guests.
- Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
- Deposit fee is not refundable.
- We reserve the right to reschedule due to staff availability or emergencies.
- If you arrive more than 30 minutes after your scheduled booking time, we reserve the right to release your reservation and make the tables and rooms available to other customers. Please note that your booking time is fixed: for example, if your reservation is at 8:00 PM but you arrive at 8:15 PM, your session time begins at 8:00 PM.
5. Customer Responsibilities
- Ensure access to the venue at the agreed time.
- Secure or remove valuable and fragile personal items before your visit.
- Provide accurate information about your booking and activity requirements.
6. Liability
- While we take great care in providing our services, Happy Billiard SF is not responsible for pre-existing damage or personal items not properly secured during your visit.
7. Service Quality
- If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours so we can review and address your concerns.
8. Website Use
- You agree not to misuse our website, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with its operation.
9. Changes to Terms
- We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated terms.
